Terms and Conditions

These Terms & Conditions set out the rules for using our services (IV drips, IM/IV pushes, blood tests, and related clinic services) and our website. Please read them carefully. By booking or attending an appointment with us, you agree to these terms. If anything here is unclear or you need help, contact our clinic before booking.

Definitions & scope

  • “We/us /our” means the clinic operating the website and delivering services.
  • “You/your/client/patient” means the person receiving services or booking through the site.
  • “Services” means any clinical service we provide, including IV drips, IM injections, blood tests, consultation, sample collection, and related health assessments.
  • These Terms apply to all bookings, purchases and clinic visits. They do not replace clinical advice from your GP or specialist.

About our services

We provide clinician-led wellness and diagnostic services. Our clinicians are trained healthcare professionals and will act within their professional scope of practice. Services are delivered in accordance with accepted clinical practice and local regulations. We aim to be transparent about the benefits, risks and limits of any treatment or test.

Booking, confirmation and eligibility

  • Bookings may be made online, by phone or in person. A booking is accepted once you receive a confirmation (email or SMS).
  • You must provide accurate personal and medical information at the time of booking. This includes medications, allergies, recent illnesses, pregnancy status and relevant health history. Failure to disclose relevant information may make treatment unsafe and release us from liability for any resulting harm.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or modify a booking where, in our clinical judgement, a service is unsafe or inappropriate. Examples: active infection, recent surgery, certain uncontrolled medical conditions, or where requested medications or procedures are contraindicated.

Pre-treatment screening & consent

  • Before any treatment or blood draw, you will have a brief clinical screening. This may include a short health questionnaire, vital signs check, or basic physical assessment.
  • For clinical tests and procedures, we require informed consent. We will explain the procedure, common side effects and alternatives. By signing the consent form (paper or digital), you confirm you understand the information and agree to proceed. If you do not consent, we will not perform the procedure.

Payments, pricing & refunds

  • Prices are shown on our website and at the clinic. Payment is due as specified at the time of booking (full payment, deposit, or at the appointment), and accepted payment methods are listed on the booking page.
  • Refunds: If we cancel a service (clinic-initiated cancellation), you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule. If you cancel within our stated cancellation window (see below), refunds or rescheduling options depend on the product and the amount of notice given. Where specific test consumables or lab fees are non-refundable, the clinic will make this explicit before you pay.
  • If you dispute any charge, contact us promptly. We will investigate and respond within a reasonable time.

Cancellations & rescheduling (client)

  • Our standard cancellation policy is: cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours before your appointment for a full refund or credit. If you cancel less than 48 hours before the appointment, you may forfeit part or all of the fee (depending on the service). Some specialised tests or package bookings may have different terms; these are noted at the time of booking.
  • Failure to attend without notice may be treated as a no-show, and no refund will be given. Repeated no-shows may affect your ability to book future appointments.

  • Some tests require specific preparation (fasting, medication timings, timing of last dose, or stopping supplements). We will tell you what is needed at the time of booking and in appointment confirmations. Failure to follow instructions may invalidate a test, require rebooking, or lead to additional fees.

At the clinic: Conduct & safety

  • Bring photographic ID when required. Please arrive on time; late arrivals may be refused or shortened to avoid impacting other patients.
  • Our clinicians may refuse treatment if they consider it unsafe. If an adverse reaction occurs, clinical staff will attend and take necessary action, which may include calling emergency services. In emergencies, call 999 immediately.
  • Smoking, alcohol intoxication or illegal drug impairment at the time of appointment may result in refusal of treatment and forfeiture of payment.

Blood samples & laboratory processing

  • Blood samples are handled in accordance with clinical and laboratory standards. Samples are typically sent to accredited laboratories for analysis. We are not responsible for delays or errors caused by third-party labs, although we will assist in resolving issues.
  • Sample retention: Labs may store samples for a limited period as per their policy. If you require longer storage or specific disposal requests, tell us before sample collection.
  • If a sample is unsuitable (haemolysed, insufficient volume, incorrectly labelled), the lab may reject it, and a repeat collection may be required (additional fees may apply).

Results, interpretation & follow-up

  • We aim to provide results within the estimated turnaround on the test page. Turnaround can vary by lab and test complexity.
  • Results will be communicated via the agreed channel (secure portal, email or phone). We provide clinician interpretation as part of the service; however, our comments do not replace ongoing care from your GP.
  • For abnormal or urgent results, we may contact you directly and recommend prompt follow-up. If you do not receive an expected result, contact us.

Medical limits & disclaimers

  • Tests and treatments have clinical limitations: normal results do not guarantee the absence of disease; abnormal results do not always indicate clinically important disease. We will explain limitations where relevant.
  • IV/IM treatments are supportive and not a substitute for medical treatment of a diagnosed condition. If you have a medical condition requiring specialist care, our clinicians will advise appropriate referrals.
  • We do not provide emergency or acute hospital care. If you have a life-threatening condition, call emergency services immediately.

Side effects & risks

  • IV and IM treatments and blood draws carry small but real risks (e.g., bruising, bleeding, infection, vein irritation, fainting, allergic reactions). We will explain common and serious risks prior to consenting. If you have a history of allergic reactions, disclose it at the time of booking.
  • For any unexpected reaction during or after treatment, seek urgent medical help and inform us as soon as possible.

Privacy & data protection

  • We process personal and health data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We keep your information secure and share it only with third parties where necessary for test processing (accredited labs) or with your consent (for example, with your GP).
  • By booking and consenting to services, you permit us to process your personal and health information for the purposes of providing clinical care and billing. If you need a copy of your data or want it sent to another clinician, contact our team.

Intellectual property & site use

  • Content on our website (text, images, logos) is owned or licensed by us. You may not reproduce or use the content for commercial purposes without permission.
  • You may use the site for lawful purposes only. Do not attempt to access restricted areas or disrupt services.

Third parties & links

  • Our site may link to third-party websites (e.g., suppliers and partners). We are not responsible for their content or policies. Third-party services (payment processors, booking widgets, labs) operate under their own terms; you should review those where relevant.

Liability & indemnity

  • To the extent permitted by law, our liability for loss or damage arising from our services is limited to direct losses and capped at the amount you paid for the relevant service. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, special or punitive damages (including lost earnings, business interruption, or emotional distress).
  • Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or any other liability that cannot be lawfully limited or excluded.
  • You agree to indemnify us against any claims arising from your breach of these Terms or false information provided by you.

Complaints & refunds

  • If you have a complaint, please raise it with the clinic staff promptly. We will acknowledge complaints and aim to resolve them quickly. Full details about our complaints process are available on request.
  • Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis and handled in accordance with the sections above on payments and cancellations.

Changes to services or terms

  • We may update these Terms from time to time. We will publish the revised Terms on our website with an updated “Last updated” date and, when changes are significant, we will notify recent customers by email where appropriate. Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms.
  • We may also change service availability, prices or suppliers; we will try to give reasonable notice of material changes.

Governing law & jurisdiction

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. If you live elsewhere, this may still apply to our contractual relationship.
